The 1st Industry Leadership Conclave and Awards – ILCA 2019 is a premier event for
exchange of information on the Higher education learning and research.
It was hosted by the
Centre for Leadership Development (CLD)
of Venus International Foundation (VIF) on 2nd November 2019 at Chennai.
The ILCA 2019 also support collaborative relationships among academic professionals
to create/disseminate new models/trends in higher education practice and
to exchange views on Tutoring and Mentoring systems, Theoretical, Pedagogical and methodological issues.
The ILCA 2019 gathered 40 live attendees from organizations in 4 countries around the globe.
It firmly established its position as the country’s important and dedicated international platform for faculty and scholars.
