PAPER / ABSTRACT SUBMISSION – AWM 2026

PAPER REQUIREMENTS

The AWM 2026 seeks original, high-quality proposals describing the research and results that contribute to advancements in their major area of study. Each paper (Extended abstract /High-level summary of your research) should have at most 2 pages, including figures, tables and references. (Paper Size: A4 – 210mm x 297mm; Times New Roman; Font Size – 10; Line Spacing – 1; Margins – 1 inch at Top, Bottom, Left, Right; Papers should be original and not currently under review at another venue). The paper must contain relevant information in shorter and subtitles of should be tentatively composed of:

Section – 1: Title of the Paper, Author name & Affiliation
Section – 2: Abstract and Keywords (Optional)
Section – 3: Introduction (Purpose/Objective)
Section – 4: Main Body Text (Materials/Methodology/Approach)
Section – 5: Findings/Results/Discussions/Suggestions/Conclusion
Section – 6: References

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS

a) Abstracts are limited to 150 – 200 words. Abstract title and author names do NOT count toward word limit
b) The submission imply that it has not been previously published and it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
c) The abstract must present the results of the original work. Plagiarism is unacceptable
d) Abstracts with missing documentation will be considered incomplete and will not be considered or reviewed
e) The abstract will undergo a blind review (author identities and institutions are concealed)
f) The selection process of the review committee is confidential and its decisions are final
g) If the abstract is accepted for publication, the author should not publish it elsewhere
h) The responsibility of the contents rests upon the authors and not on the publisher

Note: Official language of the 11th Annual Women's Meet is English.

Submission Open: 7 May 2025

Submission Closes: 7 November 2025

Notification of Acceptance: 25 November 2025

Final reviewed submission: 7 January 2026

Conference Sessions: 7 March 2026

Cite the source when referring, adapting, reusing etc if any from another source If the scripts are accepted for publication, the author should not publish it elsewhere. The Committee reserves the right to make changes if necessary in the manuscript.
